Group Power
Here is your hour of POWER! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors! "The union of body, breath and mind." Focus will be on strength and flexibility through a series of poses linked together called "VINYASA" to generate heat in the body. The warmer the body gets, the more flexible the muscles become. This class will end with a guided relaxation segment to calm the body and mind. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CLASS EARLY!!!
